Shipping rates are calculated automatically by our system when you checkout.
Shipment could be made according to your choice of delivery when stones and mountings are ready to ship. Most orders will be processed and shipping within 14 to 20 days. In case where our workshop is in high demand or our stone supplies may be back ordered, we will notify you of the expected delivery time.
We will send you an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the
FEDEX.COM
or
UPS.com site.
International shipping
rate does not include customs duties, any taxes and/or import duties. You
will be responsible for paying these duties according to your country's
customs tariff system.
ANNE HAYWOOD Designs are stamped with our AH imprint and packaged in our exclusive branded boxes. Our branded gift card could be enclosed with your personalized message and shipped to either you or a loved one by entering the receiver's shipping address when you check out.
