Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with The ANNE HAYWOOD JEWELLERY in any way, please contact us to let us know within 7 days of receiving your package.  Return the package within 30 days of receipt of the shipment.  We will assist you in the return procedures and resolve any concern that you might have with the options below:

a.  Delivering another item of the same order.

b.  Exchange item 1 with item 2 of equivalent or above value.

c.  Refunding the amount paid excluding shipping, insurance, and restocking fee of 15% of the jewellery price.

Please follow the procedures below when claiming a refund:

1.  Contact Us:  Contact us within 7 days of receipt of your shipment by email to sales@annehaywoodjewellery.com to let us know of your intension to return the merchandise.  Please state the order confirmation number, your name, shipping address, contact numbers and reason for returning the merchandise.

2.  Receive your Return Authorization Code:  We will provide you with your return authorization code to include with your shipment and shipping documents.  Returned jewellery without our return authorization code will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.

3.  Return shipment to us:  Return shipment must be made within 30 days from the day you received your package from us via a trackable insured courier services such as Fed Ex, UPS in order for shipment to be traced should we do not receive the package within the 30 days period.

For your protection, please ensure that your return package be insured for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges.  ANNE HAYWOOD JEWELLERY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

Please note the following information:

Shipment of returned jewellery without our Return Authorization Code, and packages that are improperly packaged and uninsured will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.

Each item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent, unworn, undamaged.  Please include all original packaging and collateral material.  Damaged items due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund.  Evidence of worn goods such as micro-scratches, scratches, dirt, or additional workmanship from other jewellers will be returned at sender's expense.

Please do not indicate shipment with descriptions such as jewellery, diamonds or other valuable related words anywhere on the package, as this will draw possible attention to theft of the package.  We suggest you describe shipment as "fashion accessories".  ANNE HAYWOOD JEWELLERY is not responsible for lost or damaged shipment.

All customized items, sale items, coloured stone items, special orders are not covered by our 30 day guarantee.  We do guarantee the mounting workmanship only.

We will provide a refund promptly on receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition and with all the information mentioned above.  The credit card used for the purchase would be credited accordingly.
